BSSA has two training facilitators currently being prepared to conduct training courses.

Phineas ThovhakalePhineas Thovhakale holds a diploma from the Institute of Marketing Management, and has completed several certificate courses. He has acted as a business advisor and small business consultant for various companies and is an associate of the Institute of Business Advisors (IBA). He has been a training facilitator at BSSA since 2008.
